考研英语短文写作的第二段中，在表达了论点“很重要”或者论点“有害”之后，考生需要对这个论点进行论证。那么如何展开论证部分呢?小编今天就为各位考生解决“词穷”、“句穷”和“论点穷”的问题。

(1)物质回报
句子1 (主题)can provide people with not only delicious food but fashionable clothes and such benefits as comfortable dwellings and handsome automobiles.
句子2 The industrious and insightful people will never fail to profit from (benefit from) doing (主题)
句子3 it can bring people fresh air, clean water, bright sunshine, clean food and comfortable dwellings
物质回报这个角度可以应用在很多的主题上。例如，“知识很重要”，“教育很重要”，“爱心很重要”及“诚信很重要”，展开部分可以如下：知识可以带来财富和物质回报;教育为每个人创造了获得“物质回报”的机会;愿意付出爱心的人，在生活中的不经意间总会收到“物质回报”;诚信是获得“物质回报”的必由之路。

时间角度可应用的主题也很广。学习文化及文化交流可以丰富大家的业余时间，拓宽大家的视野;自信可以节约人们的时间，不用在犹豫上花费时间，这样就能够集中精力和时间在工作和有学术上;追星会让人们浪费时间，甚至浪费了人们的黄金时间;科学技术的进步和教育的发展，有利于人们去掌握更多你手段和方式节约时间。
(3)效率角度
句子1 (主题) makes people weary of other important things, discourages them to learn more, and they finally lose their interest to learn, which leads to their low grades/ low efficiency/ underachievement.
句子2 One’s energy gradually wears off and one’s thought, creative thinking and exploration spirit have been stifled by doing (主题).
这两个关于效率角度的句子主要是用来说明“主题”有害，这个“主题”会使人们耗尽精力，无心学习，最好导致成绩下降，碌碌无为;一个人的精力逐渐消退，无形中扼杀了一个人的创造性思维和探索精神。
