一、基本情况
郭广生，男，1963年生，博士，教授，博士生导师，“863计划”首席专家。1979年进入山东大学化学系学习，先后获得理学学士、硕士和工学博士学位。1995年在香港中文大学研修高等教育管理。主要从事化学、应用化学以及高等教育等学科的教学和科研工作。主要学术兼职有咨询QQ、微信：2544906，项目负责人。
