罗永春，男，副教授，硕士研究生导师。2004年本科毕业于兰州大学化学化工学院。2009年获兰州大学有机化学专业博士学位。2009年任职于兰州大学功能有机分子化学国家重点实验室。2012年被聘为硕士研究生导师，2013年晋升为副教授。目前发表论文十余篇，2014年获得甘肃省科技进步一等奖（第三完成人）。
