2、研究工作经历
1983-1988年, 在中国工程物理研究院(原“核工业部第九研究院”)从事材料表面化学研究,研究实习员;(从此至今时常得到当时任常务副院长兼科技委主任的“两弹一星功勋”奖章获得者陈能宽(中国科学院院士)的指导)
1994-1997年,中国科学院福建物质结构研究所吴新涛(中国科学院院士)研究组博士后, 1996年10月被评为副研究员;
1997-1999年, 在日本分子科学研究所(包括在名古屋大学应用化学系1999年9月-11月)藤田诚(Makoto Fujita, 现为日本东京大学应用化学系教授,Chemistry-A European Journal编委和Chemical Communications副主编)的实验室任日本学术振兴会特别研究员(JSPS fellow);
1999-2001年, 在美国Texas A & M大学化学系, F. A. 科顿教授(F. Albert Cotton (1930-2007),美国国家科学院院士、中国科学院外籍院士)实验室任研究助理, ;
2001-2002年, 在香港大学化学系系主任任咏华教授(中国科学院院士)实验室任研究助理;
2001年8月入选中国科学院2001年度首批“引进国外杰出人才、百人计划”;
2001年12月被中国科学院化学研究所高分子物理与化学国家重点实验室聘为研究员,博士生导师。
2004年以来,中国人民大学化学系责任教授、博士导师、系学术委员、系教授委员会主任委员,参与筹建理学院化学系、独立创建“自组装化学实验室”。一直专心于从事科研与教学工作,培养多名优秀学生并推荐到美国、日本、德国、香港的国际名校深造,其中黄辉硕士获得中国科学院刘永龄冠名优秀奖。
