王斌导师，男，1970年9月出生，兰州大学有机化学硕士、高分子化学与物理博士，2007年7月至2008年7月，在日本秋田县立大学作博士后研究工作，现为中国科学院广州化学所研究员、硕士导师。至今已在国内外重要学术刊物上发表论文24篇。现正承担中科院及省级科研项目3项，课题进展顺利。
主要研究领域：
1.功能性高分子材料的合成与应用研究，主要工作是设计并合成一些具有特殊功能的高分子材料及高分子助剂，研究开发其各种应用功能。
2.高性能纳米复合材料的研究，研究无机-有机纳米复合材料的制备、成型加工及表面处理，开发出具有特定功能的纳米复合材料。
3.智能型高分子凝胶的制备与应用研究，主要研究温度、pH、金属离子和机械外力敏感性高分子凝胶，开发其在医疗、生物技术、选择性分离等领域的应用功能。
